Hey everyone! Today I am sharing a project that I created with the Admit One Traveler’s Notebook kit, as well as the Lexington Alpha and Home Sweet Home stamps. I was inspired by the stamp to create a layout about the house my husband and I are currently building.

To create my large title, I hand cut letters from the papers in the kit, then stitched through them with my sewing machine. This gives a bit of added texture that looks great on the page. Next, I stamped the “home sweet” above the title with the Lexington alpha. To make sure my stamping was straight, I drew a light pencil line and erased it after I was done stamping.

Next, I placed my photo and used a small heart punch to punch out some hearts and adhered them to the right of the photo. After adhering, I stitched through these as well. I finished the page with a few enamel dots and some journaling.

These stamp sets are so great to tell your stories this month! I hope you’ll try a technique for a large title like this soon. Have a great week!
